This song is the cousin of ‘Orbital’! All the songs in the album were just so production heavy but I wanted to do the opposite in this one. There is not so much production in this song in comparison to the other songs. I just got a drum kit and bass track and there was no synth but about 15 layers of guitar. I just laid this one down and played one layer of guitar over the other. This song was a dream to produce in that way. In no way do songs get better in quality if they are heavily produced, but some songs sound a certain way and they need to be produced that way. It was not the case with this song; this one was just wonderful. When The Dewarists episode with Advaita aired (check the episode out here) people asked me what the song playing in the background during my introduction was. It was easily a huge contender for the first single I was going to release, but we went with the others only after a huge debate.
